Welcome to Burning Meter!
If you're a fighting game player or fan, we hope you'll find one or more parts of this website useful:
find players who live near you and who play the same games as you.
search for wiki pages, guides, combos, mixups, tech, and other documents and media.
Add links to resources you find so you and others can find them easily in the future.
view other players'
streams when they're online.
run or view tournament brackets from your laptop or mobile phone.
For your convenience, our site lets you quickly import players from a spreadsheet and it handles skill and location seeding automatically.
If you lose your internet connection, we store the results in your browser until you can reconnect. You won't even notice you've gone offline!
We are still working hard on this site. Feedback is appreciated! You can contact us on

- "Other Game" is now available as a game option for tournaments, etc.
Multiple updates to the appearance of brackets and pools. View list of changes.
- Added support for pools in tournaments! You can set up your pools on the Format tab when editing your tournament. Note that currently, all pools are double-elimination brackets as well as the final bracket.
Added a new Banner Image URL field to the edit tournament page that will allow you to display an image for your tournament at the top of the tournament and bracket pages.
After a tournament ends, the top-3 finishers are now shown in large font at the top of the Results tab. You can customize the titles given to these entrants instead of using the default 1st Place through 3rd Place.
- Bracket round names are now more informative, e.g. "Winners Top-16", "Losers Top-12", etc.
